The Value Analysis Program is a systematic and analytical approach to obtaining maximum value for each dollar spent within the Medical University. This system focuses on investigating the value of products or process and comparing that value with cost. Although the structure concentrates on objectives related to cost reduction and avoidance, the value analysis program does not sacrifice the quality of patient care to achieve lower cost.
