High Solid Low (HSL) Performer Conversations

The purpose of HSL is to provide each Medical Center staff member with timely feedback on their performance, at key points throughout the year. The process outlined should be initiated at least once each year with each direct report. These sessions are in addition to the Medical Center’s formal performance management review.
