How to get BONUS POINTS

1. Attend Wellness Wednesday for 5000 points
2. Participate in a Health 1st Worksite Screening for 10000 points
3. Enroll in "HELP" for 50000 points and each "HELP" class you attend add 10000 additional points
4. Enroll in "Work It Off" for 50000 points and each "Work It Off" class you attend add 10000 additional points
5. Participate in Healthy Charleston Challenge for 50000 points
6. Participate in an organized walk/run envet for 10000 points
7. Win Health 1st Trivia for 20000 points

*Other bonus points may be added to the competition throughout the year by Health 1st. Also, check your Healthy Habits Log Book for bonus points you can on specific months
