To create a culture of wellness by integrating activities, resources, and policies that support health & wellness at work.

Goals & Objectives

The MUSC Employee Wellness Program seeks to create a culture of wellness that encourages and supports a healthy lifestyle by integrating activities, resources, and policies designed to enhance the health & well-being of the MUSC community. We coordinate Wellness efforts across MUSC, utilizing MUSC talent (or outside resources to fill gaps when we don’t’ have those those resources in-house.)

We strive to:

  • Promote health and reduce health risk behaviors of employees.
  • Identify and correct conditions in the workplace that can compromise the health of employees, reduce their levels of productivity, and contribute to escalating health care costs.
  • Create a culture that embraces wellness initiatives and activities
