Employee Health Services is pleased to announce that current employees may access their immunization records online via My Records. Employees must have a NetID account (formerly MNA) and password to access.

Immunization records of employees who came through our office prior to 2004 may not be available online. If your immunization record does not appear complete, please contact us so we may review your employee health file and enter missing information.
