Department Flu Reports are available online to University and Hospital Managers/Directors through Impromptu Web Reports (IWR).

To obtain access to IWR, go to http://www.musc.edu/hrm/mantool/iwr.htm. This Human Resources site contains links to the access request form, manual with directions, and log in links for both MUSC and MUHA.

How it works:

• Flu vaccination dates are pulled from Employee Health Services' (EHS) database every other Sunday to create the Flu report.
• If flu shots are administered late in the week OR outside of EHS, there may be a data entry delay dependent upon EHS's receipt of information. They should be available on the following report.
