Flu vaccine is available for MUHA, MUSC, UMA, Crothall, and Sodexho employees.

Employees may receive the flu vaccine at Employee Health Services' office, located at 57 Bee Street, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, with faster service between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. No appointment is necessary.

• Bring your MUSC ID badge. Students, Traveler, Agency, and other non-MUSC paid employees are not eligible.
• Complete the Flu Vaccine Consent Form before you arrive. Forms will also be available at the administration site.
• View CDC's 2007 Vaccine Information Statement for flu vaccine. VIS will also be available at the administration site.
