Annual Tuberculosis Skin Test (TST):
Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
If you are past positive or cannot take the TST, fill out the Tuberculosis Skin Test Screening form and fax to 792-1200.

Managers may request to administer TSTs or check online department TST Reports.

Annual Fit Testing for N-95 Respirators:
Employee Health Services is pleased to announce that current employees may access their fit testing records online via My Records. Employees must have a NetID account (formerly MNA) and password to access.

Please contact Chloe Backman by phone (792-3604) or by email (backmanc@musc.edu) to schedule unit fit testing for annual N-95 respirator fit testing.  Please be sure to read instructions for completing the Annual Medical Questionnaire for N-95 Respirators form prior to being fit tested.

If a nurse/unit educator is not available for Annual Fit Testing, please contact OSHP at 2-3604.

Annual Animal Screening:
Current employees working with animals should print out and complete the paperwork below prior to your appointment.

Current employee changing positions or departments must come through Employee Health Services to get medically cleared for the new job requirements.
