Annual Tuberculosis Skin Test (TST):
Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
If you are past positive or cannot take the TST, fill out the Tuberculosis Skin Test Screening form and fax to 792-1200.

Managers may request to administer TSTs or check online department TST Reports.

Annual Animal Screening:
Current employees working with animals should print out and complete the Animal Screening Packet prior to your appointment.

Current employee changing positions or departments must come through Employee Health Services to get medically cleared for the new job requirements.
