Incoming MUSC-paid residents, interns, and fellows starting on or around July 1, 2009, should schedule their Pre-Placement Exams at Employee Health Services as early as possible.
Appointment hours are Monday through Friday between 7:30am and 11:45am.
Appointments should be scheduled as early as possible to avoid last minute delays.
If you are starting residency on July 1, 2009, your appointment should be no later than Friday, June 26, 2009.
To better serve our customers and maximize same day responses, we will respond to appointment requests submitted before 12:00pm on the same business day. Appointment requests submitted after 12:00pm may not receive responses until the next business day.
For next day appointments, requests should be submitted before 12:00pm. However, if an emergent need arises, please call 792-2991.
All cancellations and reschedules must be made in writing toehs1@musc.edu.We are no longer able to accept phone cancellations and reschedules.
Due to the high volume of appointments, cancellations must be made 2-3 business days prior to scheduled appointments so the appointment times may be given to other candidates.
