Mosby's Nursing Skills is a web-based skills reference and competency tool that offers nursing staff evidenced based information from trusted nursing practice manuals.  These texts include:  

 AACN Procedure Manual for Critical Care
 AACN Procedure Manual for Pediatric Acute Critical Care
 Perry and Potter's Clinical Nursing Skills and Techniques
 Proehl's Emergency Nursing Procedures
 Wong's Nursing Care of Infants and Children

Mosby's Nursing Skills has been edited to reflect MUHA Policies and Procedures.  If you would like to request additional skill edits, please contact the Clinical Education Department (Weatherly Brice at rogersw@musc.edu or 792-6572).  You will be asked to complete the Mosby's Nursing Skill Edit Form.
